Sonobit - Remote for Sonos App Reviews

I downloaded this and quickly had it working - the only setup I had to do was adding the app to my phones Notification Center. The app on the watch started working right away... I didnt even have to sync it to my Sonos system! When I tap a button on the watch, my Sonos speakers respond almost instantly, whether its set to one room or many. There are other apps that say they do all this, but this is the only one that actually delivers. Great job!

Perfect. Does exactly what it says. $3 for a widget is a bit silly but I like it!

The app will not connect. Please help.

I got this app on Christmas Day after getting an Apple Watch. I was surprised that Sonos doesnt have a native app for the watch but was happy to see there were a few third party options out there. When I installed, it worked in the iPhone as a widget but the watch app was not working. I contacted the app support and they recommended simply reinstalling the app on the iPhone. This worked instantly! Since this is a minor kind of issue that can be easily resolved, I still think the app deserves all stars. It does what it promises to do and doesnt have stupid in-app purchases. My only recommendations would be if they can add the ability to select playlists or something... Basically to start music on a device that doesnt have anything... Or even skim through sources to add music. ...Or group devices. This may simply be a limitation of the Sonos API but if it isnt I would recommend this as a future feature. Great support team by the way. They contacted me on Christmas Day after only a few minutes!

How many times have I bought an App Store app to have it not work as described? Is the Google App Store better? Im so tired of contacting apple support because something they sell me doesnt work. Anyhow if you want this for your Apple Watch, dont. Waste of time, effort and money. Apple is the new Microsoft. Bloated, buggy and expensive.

This application is simply a great addition for your iPhone and Apple Watch. 10 seconds and it was installed and working flawlessly on my watch. For the other reviewers, I would suggest reading the directions first. It usually falls into "user" error first. Simply Read the easy directions. You will enjoy this app! Bravo to the developers who allowed a "bit" more pleasure into my music enjoyment. Thank you.

The larger buttons and additional polish make the app even better than before. Indispensable if youre a Sonos owner.

Until I can figure out some kind of voice recognition this is the next best thing..accessing via the launcher whether the phone is locked or unlocked is quick and easy as Im constantly toggling using the app and between rooms. Only thing that would add to this is siri support and maybe the ability to group speakers. Love the new version where it remembers the last speaker, makes things even faster amd easier! Highly recommend!

Doesnt always work from Notification Center, which makes me reluctant to try, which makes it garbage. Cant say anything about its functionality otherwise but this is what I bought it for

This app does one thing (ok technically two) and does them perfectly. I dont need another whole Sonos remote control with every Sonos all feature reimplemented, I just want to be able to quickly see and change tracks. And this app does it so nicely! I love the integration in the Today section of Notifications and the Apple Watch app is great too. My only nitpick is I want to control next track, play/pause and volume from the Glance. As it is now you have to tap the glance, which opens the app and then its all there. Minor but would make muting my music even quicker when someone comes to the door. Thanks for a great little simple app!
